While it is based on industry best practices and the fulfillment standards of our third-party partners (Printful and Modalyst), it should not be considered legal advice. Return Eligibility

Most products sold by Just Right For Me Books Ltd Co. are custom-made to order through Printful and dropshipped via Modalyst. As such, we do not offer returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Buyer’s remorse

Wrong size selection

Incorrect product choice by the customer

Late cancellations after fulfillment begins

Please review all product descriptions, size guides, and specifications before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.

To initiate a claim:

Email info@jrfmbooks.com within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item

If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and next steps

No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

Refund Terms

​

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

A minimum 15% restocking fee may apply

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except when due to our error)

Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after return approval.

Non-Returnable Items

​

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., apparel, mugs, posters)

Opened or used books

Items returned without prior authorization (no RMA)

Digital products or gift cards

Sale or clearance items

Cancellations

​

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement, as many products are sent for production shortly after the order is confirmed.

Lost or Missing Packages

​

If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

Please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building manager

If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

We may issue a replacement or refund depending on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation
